I'm a Technical Support Engineer and Integration Specialist with a proven track record across integration engineering, customer support, and software development. I'm skilled at diagnosing complex issues, leading support teams, and collaborating with product and engineering to deliver world-class application support.
I have the ability to translate customer needs into product improvements and am adept at working with global clients across fintech, banking, and SaaS industries and high-scale web platforms.
My journey in tech began in 2022. Since then I've worked on payment infrastructure at Interswitch, mobile banking integrations at CarbonTech, WordPress infrastructure at rtCamp, and enterprise IT support at Sterling Bank - building a strong foundation across the full support and integration lifecycle.
Outside of work, I'm a talent manager in the entertainment space, an avid Real Madrid supporter, and I enjoy music recording sessions. I'm available 8am-5pm WAT (GMT+1) with flexible hours for US East Coast and EMEA alignment.

I approach every problem methodically - reproducing, isolating, and documenting before proposing solutions. This habit keeps resolutions permanent rather than temporary.
Documentation as a Product
Clear, repeatable documentation is as valuable as the fix itself. I treat runbooks, API docs, and support workflows as first-class deliverables.

The best support outcomes happen at the boundary between engineering, product, and the customer. I am comfortable working across all three.
